I think i'm getting it now. Know your topic, understand how best to teach so everyone has a chance to understand the topic, that means know your learner and how they best learn. Push the learners to findout more info for themselves and learn to build there knowledge and understanding for themselves not just rely on someone telling them how it is.
I still need to work on understanding how best to formally see how they have understood what they have been taught.
The 8 LMQs are a bit more understood now; yay i'm learning something.
